A hero driver rugby-tackled an escaped ostrich to put it aside from being hit by automobiles on a street in China on 29 November.
A passer-by filmed the spectacle as she was travelling in Kaifeng, Henan Province.
The person grabbed the large hen by the neck and pulled it out of the best way of oncoming site visitors.
Although the ostrich struggled, flapping its wings in an try to flee, the person’s actions prevented it from being injured.
The hen is the world’s largest and heaviest, with a robust beak.
They’re flightless however can dash as much as 43 miles an hour.
